By the way, it's very sad to see people completely institutionalised. Like in my local supermarket I was curious to see what would happen with the staff, basically when I saw that the managers had taken it off.. everyone could take it off. And they did.

Bar one or two sad cases, continuing to harm their own health, mental and physical, for absolutely no good reason. Same as it's always been.
