Plucking Turkey's is serious going.....I did it in my youth (traditional dry plucked turkeys) in factorys the birds are plucked in big machines like tumble dryers with rubber beaters inside
when dry plucking a bird it's hung by the feet alive and you have to break it's neck and rip into the plucking while the bird is still kind of warm

Only done correctly if the turkeys neck is stretched with the twig. A certain lad in the nordics looks like a turkey in fact and the skinny little arms reminds me of the wings of a turkey, which are as useless for flight as his are for banging a stupid drum.
