No, Putin/Russia has a very good relationship with Israel. Even the backing of Syria against the numerous groups of head choppers backed by israel, Qatar, Turkey, US etc.. the israelis and Russia made sure to not mess with each other as best they could.
The reality of late regards the region, is that Putin made a deal with the Turks and US at best, and so the fall of Syria, where such was inevitable due to sanctions brought in by Trump. All the billions of money and weapons pumped into to try to overthrow the place under Bathhouse Barry did the opposite regards outcomes, but removing the dollar and the countries ability to trade is such in any way, sanctions under trump, crippled the place, it was a dead duck in the end.
Where we are likely going is that due to the Russians overcoming the attack on them through Ukraine, and because it did not work out regards the US involvement, as in being able to carve up Ukraines resources, dig up its minerals, take it's resources, farmland etc.. due to the americans and their benefactors help for themselves is no longer on the cards, they are looking instead to take over greenland and beyond, as a lot of money has been spent and no return is a coming. As far fetched as such is I think that's what they are looking to try. If the jews can get away with what they are doing in Palestine...
I can see an agreement among many over the weak, where there was an obvious one with the Russians and the turks regards Syria, of one being with the Russians and the US, let the jews on to whatever they want to do, least not forget Trump does not like the current head of isreal or starmer in britain, he hated trudeau. I can see a rapprochement with Russian And Trump regards carving up the arctic as a possibility as example. The loss of the resources of the ukraine they were looking for, and so greenland, again who knows what is in their heads, but you would be stupid to not see there is notions regards carving up places due to all the talk the trumpians are putting out. Dog eat dog, greater X, Y or even Z. Will help a greater jewish state in terms of we are all doing it now, where they are in turn eyeing up more of syria and taking some of egypt which is at it's knees economically.
