I have a suspicion though that's its being exaggerated.

Unfortunately if a father of toddlers decides to dress in women's clothes and bring his kids out he's likely to attract unwanted attention.

Perhaps as a father he should be putting his children first rather than engaging in his fetish when he's looking after them?
