I hit a personal best at the bench press today. Supposedly Val on recently turning 50 is the second best bench presser in Ireland, in the over 50s so if I can get to within 75 lbs of him, I will be doing well.

Aside from him, who here has the best.

Would anyone like to guess mone today. A pint of Guinness at their local is the prize.

What do you bench? I bench 100kg. I do 3 sets 10x 90 kg, 5 x 95kg and 2 x 100kg. Not sure what that is on pounds.
