If Hungary lose Orban they will become the next Ukraine.
I doubt it.

Poland is seriously tooling up on military kit and can step in to defend Hungry should Russia attack. Besides NATO would wipe out any invading Russian forces. That's now apparent to all since Feb 2022.

Tell us again, how's the NATO backed wiping out of Russian forces going in Ukraine?

The thing is that there isn't really a realistic alternative to Orban (there are realistic alternatives to Putin but Occidental Russophobes either have not heard of them or believe that they are much worse than Putin).

"Tens of thousands of Hungarians protested against the country’s leadership on Saturday in one of the biggest demonstrations in years, organised by a former government insider who has shaken up Hungary’s political landscape.

Péter Magyar, a lawyer and former diplomat who used to belong to an elite circle around Hungary’s ruling party, publicly broke with the government in February and is now aiming to challenge the position of Viktor Orbán, the powerful prime minister."

You appear as hopelessly inforned as usual, Myles l. Poland can probably take on Russia alone at this point.

"The country wants to recruit about 150,000 troops in the next decade, which will bring its army from the current 128,000 active personnel and 36,000 territorial defence troops to 300,000 soldiers by 2035. With the new troops, the country will create six armoured divisions - whereas France and Germany only have two, and the UK has one alone.

It has also purchased over a thousand new tanks and 600 artillery pieces, mainly from South Korea and the US. These will bring the country’s firepower to be more than that of the UK, France, Germany, and Italy combined."
