I got an invitation to Ron Pauls 90th birthday party and it was a great moment to shake his hand and wish him the best.
There were some serious big shots there, like Tulsi Gabbard. I most certainly did not get near her as secret service protects her, I got within maybe 40 feet. Tom Woods was there. Peter Schiff was there although I did not see him. I was lucky as the people who invited me are very close family friends and they took me back through security to meet Ron Paul. The circa 500 people mingled but the main people just gave speeches and dod not mingle. It was an interesting experience.
Texas itself, is different to the rest of the country and I could well see it becoming independent
