Atheism = increase in crime, studies show:

[There is] ...consistent and mounting evidence suggesting increasing religious commitment or involvement helps individuals avoid crime and delinquency... ...I recently completed the most exhaustive systematic review conducted to date of the relevant research literature on religion and crime. This review located 273 studies on religion and crime that were published between 1944 and 2010. Ninety percent of the studies (247 of 273) find increasing religiosity to be associated with decreases in various measures of crime and delinquency. Only two out of 273 studies report religion was associated with a harmful outcome

When the priest prayed to God at night after losing a few grand, God told him to double up and play to win!!
"Keep doubling the bet until you win and regain all your losses, then you can put the money back and add a bit extra as a bonus from me, the parish will be delighted with your good intentions"

The priest was even heard to murmur that God promised him that he'd see to it that he'd win it back . . .

What went wrong??

Strangely enough priests tend to be human, and you are going to get a proportion addicted to gambling or drink or whatever, the same as in the general population, although some seem to want to greatly exaggerate and hype up their faults for some reason.

Bocht, Val Martin in his recent video put the percentage of homosexual Priests at 30+%.

Miss Catherine put it at anywhere between 40 & 50%.

How can you account for such Sodomy amongst your clerics?

I admit, unfortunately, in some quarters that can be an issue. Its disgraceful that people enter the priesthood deliberately to break their vows that way, and disgraceful that they are let do so. Thats one of the reasons the traditional Catholic movement is growing, where its virtually not a problem at all and the laity like that.

There was a book written about just this kind of engineered infiltration . Given your obsession with sodomy, you may find these up your alley, as it were:

There's no point in posting pictures up here Plunkett. I never judge a book by its cover.

Ask Val and Ms Catherine where they get their stats from.

I personally know 3 homosexual Priests out of around half a dozen. It's anecdotal but that's 50%!

You see unfortunately I, and I think Plunkett, are not disputing that there is such a problem in the modern Catholic Church, but only that it was designed that way by the enemies of the Church.

Bocht do you not think that because Priests aren't allowed to have women the RCC attracts Sodomites as a matter of course?

No, but its an ancient slander. You hear about all that throughout the Reformation and from the Communist and Fascist governments as well then in the 20th century. Almost from the very beginning there was some restrictions on priests marrying and it was set by about 300 AD, much earlier than some suppose. You cannot really have split loyalties, a married person has too many responsibilities to be a good priest, such at least has been the view for about 1,700 years.

Also why would marriage eliminate all problems in that area? A depressing number of married men are also homosexual and there is also a huge level of marriage breakdown out there, meaning usually that people are not being faithful to their spouses, and unfortunately child abuse by married people is by no means unheard of either.
