Now under your proposal Joe Bloggs etc is not running, only Blighe, so how is that voter going to react? The best clue we have to his intentions is his second preference, if Joe Bloggs isn't running he will probably now vote number 1 the PBP candidate. Why not, thats his preference as seen in the previous election?Its totally daft for people to add up votes like this, if these are nationalist voters they will transfer accordingly and all is well, if they are not you are talking about a personal vote which dissapears if these candidates are not running.</blockquote>
