Firstly a hurricane called Helene seemed to, unusually, hold onto vast amounts of water after it entered the coast from the Gulf and poured this onto the, well inland and high up, Appalachian mountains of North Carolina and neighbouring states, on the 27th Sept 2024.Now, as this is written, Florida is facing what some are speculating what maybe one of the greatest hurricanes every recorded, which, again unusually, is going from West to East across the Gulf before it hits central Florida. Its projected to hit around late Wednesday or Thursday 9th or 10th Oct 2024.Especially on social media like Telegram and Twitter, this has been tied into allegations that some party, presumably among US Federal agencies, has the capacity to control the weather when they want to, via the well known cloud seeding, or even micro or radio wave type technologies involving installations like HAARP in Alaska. This has been combined with allegations that FEMA, the Federal Emergencies Management Agency, are deliberately closing down and seeking to destroy, efforts by local Americans to aid those caught up in the disaster.  In any case I thought citizens of this parish might like a separate thread to debate such topical subjects.</blockquote>
