Like for example I have been listening to the Councillors in Fingal when they questioned the two potential Presidential nominees and what struck me was how out of touch even the Councillors are. The number of Councillors who are utterly passionate about gay and trans rights (and migrant rights) is incredible, but I don't believe the electorate thinks that way at all.
