It is meaningless as you are comparing a few years with the 3.5 billion years that the climate has been around.
It's seems this 'global warming' lark is giving us milder winters and warmer (if a bit wet sometimes) summers.
Happy days.

That's like something Spock🖖would say!! :ROFLMAO:

Anyway, there are phenomenal records being broken (hang the DJ) constantly in Central Africa these recent years, the monsoon never stops most of the year and has been observed to be rising North in line to service Saudi and other Emirates 😉

Any records being broken in Tubercurry Love? :sneaky:

Of Course, The biggest record breaking pot of Tuber Curry which main ingredients comprised of carrots, potatoes & sweet potatoes (and a few tomatoes at the end;)) . . . but yeah . . .
That record breaking tuber curry was cooked in Tubercurry and later after the banquet the remainders of the curry was put in tubs to offer as souvenirs of the momentous occasion.

Only you JPC could tell people to read a (presumably long) article on a Site where you need to be a member!

Btw Sir, storm Helena has wrought catastrophic damage to the southeast of the US.

Do you think that is linked to Climate Change?
The climate is always changing, that's what it does naturally without the need of any input from you and the Rolla.

This is the biggest load of alarmist shyte I've read in a while.
Seriously hysterical off the rail's stuff.
And no insight into the why's Huge uncontrolled inward migration.
And all that entails.
The insinuating our emissions are the exclusive issue.
Just to start.

Shower of middle class lefties resplendent in their tie-dyed moral superiority.
Near 500 pages long, who the hell as time to read that and what sort of industry is behind producing it? That's one mighty bandwagon packed with jobs for the boys!

Poor old Myles would be on life support if he was confronted with that.

Hubris and virtue signalling can be expensive bedfellows as this video amply demonstrates -

Basically it was decided to replace a diesel ferry with a solar powered electric one. The old one was sold off for €17,000 and the shiny new electric one, costing €3m, took its place - sort of.

To be brief, it was a total failure (details in vid) and the old one had to be bought back for €100,000 and put into service while the new one is sorted out, but it's not certain that it ever will be!

I have a pretty good solar array on my property. Where you start running into issues is with storage, and inverters are far more fragile than OEM's would have people believe. They're basically like PC's--heat causes them to perform badly, or to shit the bed. They require covers/heat shielding/protection from the elements. Can't even imagine what ice would do to them.

That ferry was badly designed. They'd have been far better off setting up a solar array/charging station somewhere on the dock and charging batteries via that for use in the boat. Would have allowed them to build a standard seaworthy ferry that still ran on electric. Could have created an undercover seating/fishing area with panels on the roof, out of sight and out of mind. I will say the panels are very light, they're mostly just foam. I can see how this happened.

What's the saying--If you put the government in charge of the Sahara desert, in two months it would run out sand.

Here's another good take on the nonsense from last week.

What gets me is that thing cost 3M Euro.

Here we have a network of Ferrys, each clocks in at 3.7M$ AUD. Which is hundreds of thousands less than whatever that thing is. I'm no expert, but ours seem to be a lot more for the money.

Follow the money as they say.
And the red tape alone would cost a fortune.
