Just look at modern Ireland. They are incapable of running even one on-line anonymous discussion forum.

In the age of the internet, video platforms and the smart phone, the Irish cannot run one political discussion forum.

Not one site owner is capable of appointing a few moderators to moderate their site. Every one failed and the last one Sarsfield's is now proven to be a failure. If there was a site run by a Polish person, a Nigerian person or
a Chinese person they would make a better job at it then anyone in Ireland.
