They are not God, as the Holy Spirit is, hence they make mistakes etc.But if you pray sincerely to the Holy Spirit for guidance, then He will help certainly. So if the Cardinals are sincere in their prayers (and frankly that might be an unsafe assumption with some) them yes He will assist, but thats all you can say.</blockquote>
