The weapons intercepted or seized to date from the West has armed the Donbass region and is being used on Ukrainian army. Russia isn't struggling at all, it's the Western media projecting Western leaders incompetence on Russia and Vladimir Putin. You can look up that term in your new book.</blockquote>
