We knowe the labs exist because Nuland is afraid of Russia seizing them.So No. Russia is not, and has not been involved with whatever those labs in Ukraine are doing for a long time. During that time, whatever has been happening in those labs has been happening under US control and outside the scrutiny of Russia.</blockquote>
