In the same fashion that the people of the Caribbean were decimated by the British sailors small pox and venereal diseases unknown for thousands of years in their culture and which they were defenceless .
we now are not quarantining those who come to stay amongst us .
no enquiry is made to their health and no testing is done to determine are they a social time bomb amongst us .
