TODAY a man expert in counter terrorism commented that on their video in advance of the attack the attackers used their left hand which radical ISIS would never do .

Four men have been charged with terrorism over last week's attack at a concert hall near Moscow that killed more than 130 people. Russian media have identified the suspects as Tajik nationals.

Iranian media is citing Al Azaim, an IS-Khorasan propaganda network in Tajikistan who appear to have created this poster with threats against Putin in protest against the torture of terrorists by Russian security forces.

Whether the poster is truly from ISIS, remains to be confirmed.
