Jambo, "Great Replacement" is a phrase that encompasses a number of theories and ideas.

E.g.

- The idea that "replacement" can occur if one element of a defined set becomes greater than another element - even if the count of the latter element doesn't change, or even increases - as long as the count of the former element in the set exceeds it.

- The idea of "replacement" of culture.

- Or "replacement" of the community's religion.

- The idea of "replacement" of race through "racial mixing" and similar.

- The idea that we could "replace" the eejits of this country (who don't make the cut, Jambo), with others who will contribute more to the life of this country both economically and socially.

- The conspiracy idea that there are sinister forces behind certain of these conceptions of "replacement".

- The further conspiracy idea that Jews are behind the above, or that there is a "pro abortion" or "globo-homo" agenda behind it, etc.

- Or going right back again to the other end of the spectrum you also have the idea of "replacement migration" as per the UN study to investigate possible solutions to the problem of aging populations:

I.e. On one side you have the journal.ie "fact-checkers" with their schlock.

On another side you have the EU diplomats and academics in their ivory towers running around trying to solve the issue and their use of terms like "replacement migration".

Of course on yet another side again, you have yourself and what might be called the disgruntled classes. Or even the entitled classes. Or the class of those who never applied themselves to anything, and who has difficulties understanding the world as it actually works, etc. The class of those who tend to blame the "other" for their personal failings, in a word.

Anyway point being is that in a civilised society, all of these different parties, with different interests and perspectives, should and would get together and decide together what they all mean by "replacement", they construct their knowledge.

Whereas you standing there with your clipboard and big thick autistic head on you, telling everyone that you've already decided on the meaning of things (because you heard it on Youtube, or Telegram), is neither here nor there...

Any chance @Declan could rewrite the poll on this thread?

Obviously it is deliberately phrased as a loaded question, in the context of a poll known as a "push poll" question (whose purpose is not to gather objective data, but to manipulate respondent's abiltity to represent their views and impose a specific narrative.).

Plainly there are concerns around "Great Replacement" theory, some of which have been discussed in this thread.

And plainly the device of phrasing the poll to presuppose that the aforementioned white nationalist theory is an established, objective phenomenon is retarded - it is an unsophisticated and stupid double-bind and psychological trap etc.

I suggest a better phrasing of the question might be - do you agree that the immigration you observe in this country may truly be characterised as "replacement", as per the white nationalist political phrase, and please back up your view?

Then when poll respondents back up their view in the thread they should be required address themselves to the logic of the theory, the usage of such a noun and modifier, its flavour as an abstract concept, the political etymology of its usage, and so on and so forth.

Not just bleat 'Jambo jargon'.

I.e. You take a stupid test claimed to be a faithful proxy of real actual intelligence, make statistical abstractions from the results, and dress it up as reality.

Here you're taking a word (with intensifying modifier), stretch its interpretation, posit other types of mathematical abstractions on that interpretation, and dress that up as reality.

Note I have not mentioned the conspiracy element at all, i.e. that it's Jews or "globohomo" etc, who are the conductors behind the curtain.

You're an idiot, the great replacement theory refers to a conspiracy theory.

Some people mistakenly interpret that to mean - it (the great replacement) is not happening (literally not the definition of conspiracy theory) and then there's you. Obviously you're applying a general usage of the word 'theory'. No one else lives in rocworld.
