It's clear most voting NO were unsure of the ramifications of the changes. The fact that even legal advice given to the government was pointing out that "durable" and "strive" had no legal definitions and this was going to cause a lot of trouble.
"Woman in the home" should be cut. But "durable" is a terrible choice of word.
I'm glad they are trying to recognise carers, but the use of the word "strive" is a cop out and does not do anything to actually help.
