    I used to think Sinclair was someone to listen to. I bought and read his book. But over time I think he’s overstating (or just being plain wrong) about the benefits of things like resveratrol. Aye, I don’t have access to an ice bath, but I do saunas and cold showers. I don’t think a cold shower...

    Do you ever listen to a lad on YouTube called ‘Siim Land’ ? He’s very interesting in terms of longevity and best practices for health. Do you do ice baths and saunas?

    Haha, Never change Myles. Never change. As a matter of curiosity, what led you to be hospitalised for a month recently? Was it down to ‘lifestyle’ issue?

    I did intermittent fasting for years, I was an early adopter. However, now, many of the people that championed it (like Peter Attia) no longer recommend it. I’m in two minds whether it is good practice or not.

    This interview with Gary Brecka (of 10X health) is fascinating. It is worth listening to more than once, as it’s so dense with information that can transform your health. It’s not specific to cancer, however the advice in it will protect you from cancer. Highly recommended.
