I am not so sure about just how clever they are. There are a lot of thicko Jews out there and there are also Jews who are not thick but are neurotic to the point where they might as well be (I would put roc_ in that category)- and it is these types who actually cause most of the trouble. Rather than IQ I think it is a matter of their tenacity, their willingness to be extremely generous to causes they support and their ability to work with each other even when they dislike each other in order to achieve collective goals.
its known that they have high iq generally --but its not outrageous .
i have an engineer neighbor who worked in Israel on contract -- he despises the Israelis and hated every moment he was in Israel .
he would avoid any contact with them and he looked at them for a while and believes they as a people are deranged to the point of delusional madness .
no where did god make these Russians the chosen people .
