Did Yeats genuinely want to revive Celtic paganism in Europe? Is studying the Hindoo philosophy of India, as I believe Yeats did, a help in understanding the paganism of the pre-Roman Celts? Julius Evola wrote a book called The Yoga of Power: Tantra, Shakti, and the Secret Way which I might order in the future, but it will probably take a long time to get here. Why is that? Books on Celtic paganism aren't very good whereas the Hindoo traditions are still practiced in India so the books written about them are much better. But perhaps you can understand Celtic paganism better by studying the Hindoo traditions.
