The International Accommodation Protection Service (IPAS) centre in Clondalkin is in Dolcain House, on the South side of Monastery Road, between the GAA pitch and the SIAC building at the nearby roundabout: 53.319135, -6.381726.
It was the site of major protests last year, as can be seen here:

Unfortunately though this might be a cautionary tale, because there is no evidence of the protests now and it seems to be up and running as a very large and active migrant centre. That said these centres are beginning to resemble prisons (or old RUC stations) as you can see from the special high steel boundary closing off any view into it.
