The second time round is the next phase of a potential candidate, ye ain't floating into an electoral position at the general elections without serious physical backup.The first phase can be and should be the locals, the second the generals, if the generals does not work out then work hard doing the job at a local level that ye were elected for, the third attempt at the generals etc....</blockquote>
