We are to have a civil discussion on posters taking new year resolutions.
I will be focused more on health and devoting more time to relax and take things easy.
1. I will set a minimum of 40000 steps a week. That is less than 6000 a day. But some days are slack of course so I will do more on other days.
This is vital to health and I like walking, so it should be easy.
That is just my first resolution.
