Where to start? First to mention that "Leftists" & "Marxists" are often blamed but it's the Right who've always been in control from the Church through to FF & FG. OK perhaps those national authorities have liberalised in recent years but it's been reluctant and obliged to reform to keep in line with globalism.

What stands out is the failure of national Housing and Health policies to deliver for the ordinary working people of the country.

What springs to mind is that Ireland should have had some real Marxist input in regard to regulating Housing & Health. To protect people from predatory capitalism and righteous profiteering.
The people should have been put first PBP to allow them to own their own homes at normalised prices (truly afforable housing)
but instead Land Lordism on Steroids rules the roost. Irish people cannot even find a place to rent due to righteous planning over the years (check FF-FG for details) Marxist authority in Housing would have prevented such an abomination that we have and remember it cost us dearly to have the present Righteous system in place(Nama)

Health care is a ridiculous sick joke, and it costs an arm and a leg to afford the charges for simple lotion or a few tablets, Hospital treatment is hit or miss and one is often better to stay at home and get over it with home remedies if possible.
Left leaning countries are known to have a well functioning health system such as Spain, Cuba and China.
Ireland's righteous system seems all about paying professional and importing foreigners to work cheap - A Disgrace which costs a fortue to administer - Very Unhealthy as we all Know.

There are other area which are worth mentioning, Value for money on the National Debt, what did we get?. . . and access to the Country for Irish people, where is it, what is it?

North Korea is founded on Maexism. Ireland is not.
Want to guess which country has better healthcare and housing?

Marxism is not the answer. Capitalism is and always will be a better model purely as a result of calculus. The problem with modern liberal capitalist democracies is cronyism, interest groups, and lobbies. And private equity.

It's not about becoming Marxist but by adopting aspects of marxism in regard to social policy - Socialist social policy - protected from righteous vulture capitalism.
We should not allow private individuals to buy up all the cheaper properties in a neighbourhood and then rent them out at extortionate rates to the Irish. Existing old neighbourhoods should have been protected by allowing one property per local, then when the locals are catered for, the privateers can go off and develop new places for the more well of customers.

The problem with modern liberal capitalist democracies is cronyism, interest groups, and lobbies. And private equity.
Exactly, Ireland needed a strand of marxism/socialism to protect the population from the above.

Conservative Christian FF & FG have ruled the roost and sold off Ireland cheap 15 years ago.
The people had no protection and now we're getting fecked every which way by vulture capitalist foreigners and their agents.

ETA Forget NK🤨 I mentioned Spain, China & Cuba in relation to excellent healthcare

Capitalism is much closer to Human Nature.

Marxism is this Idealised Bull-Shit that, Turns in to Hell when it is put in to Practice. The only place for Marxism is in a Fancy Book on a Shelf.

Any proofs to back that up. ^ ^ ^
Socialism is closer to human nature, Capitalism can end up living off the backs of the young & poor.
It profits at the cost of Community development.

Now by chance I just found an example of what hyper Land lordism is doing in the locals neighbourhood and how the locals objected to that form of opportunistic Capitalism . . .

Ms Hayes said she was “very worried now”. The situation had been challenging for some time, and the escalation of such incidents by “a criminal element” was a great cause for concern, she said, adding it was important to separate criminal acts from concerns about the service.

The Ringsend fire broke out in the early hours of New Year’s Eve at the former Shipwright pub. The building had been at the centre of false rumours, spread by far-right campaigners, that it was to be used to house dozens of asylum seekers.

Gardaí confirmed the fire was the work of arsonists.

Elsewhere, a fire gutted much of a historic Galway hotel in December that was earmarked for asylum seeker accommodation.

Gardaí are treating the fire at the Ross Lake House Hotel in Rosscahill, near Oughterard, as arson and believe it was the work of a local person.

Now, In my opinion, Ringsend needs all the spare property it has for local concerns. That Old Pub has many Uses to perform for the Community - Not Accommodation, not for private profiteering but instead used for Social Function, would you agree Clarke Connolly??

Likewise in Galway. A premium hotel is better used to look after the needs of the Local community.
Let the profiteering developer go off and erect modular housing on a purpose made caravan park. if such - there's no shortage of land sites.

Are you happy with how the plantings going on Clarke Connolly?? It's making the property moguls very wealthy, perhaps they can develop your back yard soon for their enrichment and you can get a job building it for them ?

I'd rather build big for my community.

Perhaps Marxism could work in a Family Situation or a Small Tribe situation but once you broaden Marxism to bigger numbers then the Lazy People / Connected People / Marxist Elites / Socialist Elites will take advantage = = Obviously.

If Marxism / Socialism worked, it would Not produce Marxist Elites / Socialist Elites = = Yet they always do.

And the Joke that Marxism / Socialism has never been done Properly is a Joke Obviously ~ ~ Meaning that the more it gets done ~ ~ The more People it Kills.

Burning RIC Barracks was Very Effective way to Fight the British.

Ireland has adopted Marxism.

It is internationalist, believing that borders and national states are an unwelcome control on the sharing of materials and resources in this part of the planet. Ireland is for everyone, just as all people share the resources of planet. Marxism.

We see Marxism in the housing and health policies when peoples from all part of the planet and without limit can show up and share in the housing and hospitals that once the native Irish once greedily coveted for themselves.

We see Marxism too in people not owning their home but instead being owned by agents of the State. We see the Marxist state making plans for the final dismisal of private held property with a referendum on the right to a home. The needs of humans from the planet trump the fact that you hoard property and spare bedrooms.

We see Marxism too in the incompetence of the bloated state whose incentive to perform is negated by the fact that democracy has been done away with, replaced by the just The Party.

We see Marxism too in the leadership helping themselves to more than rest. All animals are equal but some are more equal than others. A core aspect of Marxism that we see in our faggot and peado leadership.

“Access to the country for Irish people” ?? What is that bigoted nationalist shite?

There are no Irish humans there are only humans. All are equal, are they not?

That they are born here is the same accident of birth as that of the child born to a Manor House. An unearned privilege. Thankfully in today’s Ireland, being born here is no more an indicator of a special category than being born in Timbucktu. Marx would be very proud that we have abolished inherited privilege.

Ireland is more righteous each day. Each day more social justice is achieved. Marx would be smiling.

I hope you are enjoying it.

The Western Left has largely abandoned Marxism and Marxianism after the end of the Cold War- replacing "Scientific Socialism" and "rigorous objective hard historical materialist analysis" largely with emotion. I am not sure how much Marxism in any deep sense made an impression on Ireland.

This feeds into another thing- as the "democratic deficit" has grown across the West since the ending of the Cold War politics has become less and less about substanial stuff and more and more about what type of person you are. You can see this most obviously with the followers of Starmer and the Lib Dems in England but with the followers of Le Pen and Macron in France are not far behind. And that feeds into catty bitterness across the spectrum when it comes to politics.

I think you are right in a lot of what you say.

Marxism is antithetical to the Nation

You think that all of the Marxist (LARPing) idiots in Ireland, say, are pro open borders by accident??

Marx and Engels were strong supporters of the Fenians and also so mass immigration as a tool from breaking down working class solidarity and lowering wages and conditions (which it is). So it is not so simple as you want it to be.

Why did so many of the revolutionary Nationalist movements of the 20 th century either adopt Marxism or played with it?

Name one country where Marxism has been successful. Nope, me either.

The hybrid model that you are speaking to but haven’t properly named is ‘Distributism’.

GK Chesterton wrote some enlightening essays on Distributism that are worth a read.

Western Post industrial decay and associated Marxist grifters.
When you look.
All the Progressive, Marxist, Green NGOs leader cadres have lifestyles completely divorced from the people they get passionately enraged about!
Strange that !

So what has Ireland produced recently?
I've stated previously that in many respects Ireland is a Kip - A giant Ghost town Dorm town. It's life and vibrancy extinguished into a zombiefied comatosed state.
In addition I've heard it repeated many times in previous days the Ireland is a Dump. It operates at a very low unacceptable level for the Irish People who live here many having to endure substandard everything without the resources and opportunities to thrive and prosper in their regions.

Obviously the above comments do not apply to half the Irish population who are secure and comfortably well off in their private worlds but they too live occasionally within the Dump that is Ireland, in fact many of the privileged have contributed to the design and state of the country's Dump condition. . . .

Private profiteer company 'Dumps' on Roscrea,

Protesters at a hotel in Roscrea, Co Tipperary, which is set to house 160 international protection applicants, said on Thursday evening that they would continue their demonstration throughout the night in an attempt to stop the arrival of refugees.
Roscrea’s only operating hotel, Racket Hall, will see its 40 rooms repurposed to accommodate asylum seekers from Friday.

The property is owned and operated by Swiftcastle Roscrea Ltd and staff will be on-site 24 hours a day. Staff numbers will be increased as and when resident numbers increase on site.

Who's that??

Summary

Swiftcastle (Roscrea) Limited was set up on Thursday the 11th of February 2016. Their current partial address is Cork, and the company status is Normal. The company's current directors have been the director of 23 other Irish companies between them; 5 of which are now closed. Swiftcastle (Roscrea) Limited has 1 shareholder.
