I find EMJ rather inconsistent and confusing on these issues. I have his "Why Ethnos Needs Logos" somewhere around the place, I will have to find it and give it a re-read. PlunketsGhost is much more consistent on these things. The character I believe you are quoting there is someone who I believe would actually be quiet happy to see Gaels outright genocided by white phosphorus, etc which puts him again into a completely separate category but both Plunket and EMJ.
