Here's videos of a man who was going around doing drive-by shootings while he was on his scooter. 4 people were shot during his shooting spree .
The man was arrested by the NYPD

More than 700 people have been given prison sentences over riots in France late last month, the country's justice minister has said, lauding the "firm" response of magistrates.

In total, 1,278 verdicts have been handed down, with over 95% of defendants convicted on a range of charges from vandalism to attacking police officers.

As many as 600 people have already been jailed.

The average age of the over 3,700 people arrested was just 17, with the minors appearing in separate children's courts.

Computer games, free hardcore pornography available at the touch of a button, various drugs easily available....I think those things more than TV.

Also at least as regards Europe the bravest men in the gene pool were largely wiped out in World War I and World War II- and than there was the psychological general effects of those wars.

Given how the South was neutral and conscription wasn't brought in the North because you had all these savage Prods believing conspiracy theories who did want to go and fight it is strange how the psychological fall out of World War II still gets to effect Ireland.
