I reckon there is something in that baccy that's actually good for you. I often work with the multiply needlecrafted and get very heavy chest and sinus infections. Sea swimming helps, but for added bonus I smoke Cuban cigars. Not all the time ofc but when I'm down bad. The shedding cough goes immediately and my sinuses clear up. Fasting also helps the detox process from whatever they are throwing at us.
