I saw a coffin taken from the site at the farm. This got me thinking about the weight. I was a pall bearer at least once in Ireland and I can not remember it as being too heavy. I was once a pall bearer here. 6 men and a lad in the front and the back. I think I was the lad at the back or the corner back. But going into the Church was up 6 or 8!steps. Some of the other pricks must have been lifting fuck all because I was lifting about 150 lbs myself and nearly passed out with the strain because there was no choice but to carry it.
So the question i s, who here has carried a coffin and what weight are we talking. Google says it could be as light as 45 lbs. ???

I thought it wold be closer to a 100 or more.

i know that here, one weakling might be ok but no more, because it is a serious weight and usually a dolley type apparatus is used.
I certainly will not easily forget the pressure on me that day
I've borne the pall twice, once for my grandmother and once for an older cousin who was military. I was only twelve or so for my cousin's funeral, the most weight is obviously around the centre/middle/upper of the coffin, more material where it flairs out and that's where the most body weight is, so I was put down the bottom for my cousin's. Didn't struggle but I guess my share was being taken up by other bearers, I was more or less there for a show of support.

For my grandmother's I was older and more or less full sized at that point and was put in the middle/maybe at the front, can't quite be sure. I do remember thinking how heavy it was given she was such a small lady.

We were carrying maybe 400 lbs and going up the steps the front lads had a light load, it was a tough few moments

Carried a few over the years, probably 80 to 100lbs, hard to say. You need people of more or less equal height also or it could go badly wrong

If you had've gave out it might have fallen sideways with the body toppling out.

Glad your legs held out.

6 on the side, another at the front and back. But going up thr steps was heavy on the 3 at the back, for sure

I have done quite a few ~ ~ And maybe even slightly / politely organised them ~ ~ Put the smaller men in the front, and the bigger ones at the back ~ ~ That way everyone can see what's going on. It just actually looks better this way as well.

My Nephew is very tall, But he had to be at the front for his Mothers Funeral ~ ~ So you match him with a tall guy ~ ~ Obviously, if you have six equal size guys, then that is the best, but how often is that likely to happen in Ireland, with the People most closely related / most likely to carry the Coffin.

Occasionally, some-one can get a bit of weight due to steps or the like, In an ideal world there would be a bit of practice, but that is not practicable, unfortunately.

One of the Kneecap Clowns has got a bit of a Wake-Up Call = = Fuck-About ~ Find-Out, type of stuff !

Interesting to see how this all plays out ~ ~ Interesting to see who they picked out, to make an example of !

KLM

I was going to start a thread on this riveting tale. I assume Mo Chara will change his name to Mo Bitch and fold like a cheap suit.
Maybe the Kneecap Fella should Knee-Cap himself ! !

That would attract a lot of views = = Maybe a pay per view Self-Knee-capping ! !

President Donald J Trump certainly has it ~ ~ I reckon that should be easy enough to find on the internet ~ ~ The Black South Africans ain't hiding what they intend to do ! ! !

Those toffs at Oxford need a few remolds

Yes there is method in their madness. Also the inhuman brutality used when putting the victims to death. A bullet should be enough - they all carry guns as you see. These are hate crimes and constitute an advanced stage of genocide against the Boer/Whites.
Also the statistics only ever count the the head of household - in any one of the Plaasmorde crosses could be multiple victims: wives, children, farmhands killed in the most unimaginable fashion.
That fat 'journalist' who tried to call this genocide fake news at the WH presser was beautifully put in her place by the formidable Ms Leavitt yesterday. I am glad this administration is listening to the plight of these people.
With the amount of invaders streaming into Europe - what is being done to the Boer now will be done to us. And our history erased. The Bantu built our Cathedrals, that sort of thing.

Read this folk's.
This is totalitarian Britain Europe and Ireland given the chance.
Oh and the digital euro!
We will be nothing be serfs at the whim of these creatures.
Europe isn't for the people of Europe.
Think on.

There's a German journo suffering the same fate, Thomas Roper and a lady who's Ukrainian I think, Alina Lipp. No doubt dozens of others we havent heard of yet.
Debanked, delegitimised, in exile.
Isn't our democracy so very.....democratic.
That guy in North Korea is green with envy.

That's right.
And not a squeak from legacy media about journalists ability to work.
This is coming for all of us.
These people are the test cases.

When the mainstream media doesn’t care for its own you know that it is failing its function in a democracy, and that is keeping the PTB in check,
