If it was an attempt to firebomb refugee accomodation and they mistakenly firebombed a shop with Pharmacy written on it, that would make it the first ever mistaken address refugee firebomb, that I am aware of.

If there was a Pharmacy sign on the shop, they obviously wanted to firebomb a pharmacy. Were they illiterate?

The Pharmacy sign is on the front.

They firebombed the back of the premises.

I suppose they were not keen on walking down the main street, and firebombing the hotel in full view of anyone watching. Just a guess.
