The By-elections in Galway West and Dublin Central.

If it was an honest election, I would be very optimistic too, but I doubt it will be.
I was talking to a retired Sergeant from Sligo yesterday and he said 100% the elections are rigged.

He said he saw it himself when the Guards who were minding the boxes at night were ordered to leave and men in suits arrived and went in.

Galway West set for captivating 2026 by-election battle

Galway could be every bit or even more interesting that the Dublin contest
"Labour candidate, Helen Ogbu" 🤔 Has anyone taken Bacik aside and explained this by-election is Galway West, not Nigeria.. FFS. Anyway looks interesting, the II candidate surely has a chance? Could be an interesting one, hopefully a anti mass migration candidate will stand?

If my bonker ex class mates are any indication, Ogbu will top the pole

Are the Sargeant's initials C.L.? If so, pass on my regards.
Any more details: what year did he see this, any info on the men in suits?

It seems stupid to rig the election by bringing in men in suits. Are there not enough crooked gardai to do the job?

Is he willing to do something to stop the rig the next time?

It proves my point that part of the Stop the Steal campaign must be to spend all night watching all doors into the room holding the votes.

Some say you're a guy called Sham from Kilconnell.
Where is Kilconnell?
Have the Africans and Muslims taken Leitrim over yet?
Carrick on Shannon has lots of brown Judaeo-Muslim types - but no blacks, for whatever reason. Sligo has lots of browns and blacks. Lots of Ukies in both Sligo and Leitrim.

Is mor an trua e, ach ta na diabhal Giudai/Masons i gceannas i gcontae Liatroma.

Independent Ireland candidate, Noel Thomas, not overly familiar with him myself, but the article claimed he had a good campaign last time out
Did the article mention that the cops arrested him in connection with the burning of an empty refugee hotel (nobody hurt) ? He was released without charge...quite possibly the cops burnt it themselves. The cops asked me to burn the refugee hotel in Dromahaire, but I suggested it would be better if they burnt it the same night I had a waterproof alibi.

No his name was Arthur O'Hara.

He joked that he was the son of Maureen.

No. We were talking about American politics and he said he agreed with Trump that 2020 was rigged.

They probably were GardaĂ.

He's retired Sir.

I think we'd be well advised to do something similar.

Gemma tried to follow a truck with the votes in it but the Guards stopped her. Did they stop her because she was Gemma or would they stop anyone?

If they have enough men, they would stop anyone following the vote transporter. But there are hundreds of polling stations in a rural constituency. They do not have enough coppers to send a group to each polling station at the same time.

Best option is to have a half dozen impersonation officers at each polling station. (Each candidate can appoint one impersonation officer to each polling station.) At the stroke of 10:00pm, we approach the election staffer with what looks like a court injunction ordering the staff to count the votes BEFORE they send them on to the counting centre. If there is any resistance, we just - gently and legally - restrain the staffers, count the votes ourselves, and post the results online. If we do this in every polling station, we will have the results of the first count before the votes even reach the count centre.

Where is Kilconnell?
Its 8 miles west of Ballinasloe. The latter is where the Site owner Declan is from. There's a gay bar called Gullanes there and he used to tend bar there at the weekends when he came home from college.

Just shows how non-bigoted our leader is.

You are confusing Gartlans, Gullanes and Giblins in Kilconnell. You will note that gay bars are frequently beginning with a G.

Have RTE1 on in the background and Patrick Duffy aka Bobby Ewing is in Duffy's bar Killimor!

A lot of oily hoors up round Killimor and Kiltormer so he will feel right at home

Always wondered (back in the PI days) if Declan was from Bsloe.

I went to Garbally after exiting a different school but am not from town. I am from west of there . In the direction of Athenry, on the old road

Could be Woodlawn or New Inn. A lad called Rafferty who owned my local in Swords came from Woodlawn.

I've cousins called Finns in Cappataggle.

The Finns in Ballymac are 2nd or maybe 3 cousins

I know Rafterys shop in Woodlawn, closed a long time ago. I basically know everyone in east Galway

In know the Monaveen Inn as well but its closed and Ted Finegans in Ballymac, but then would I go to Gurteen or Gilmores in Cashel. It would depend on whether I was on the 50 or the 90

Have you ever come across any Ballinasloe heads over in Boston throughout the years?
Not asking for names just wondering.

Kilosolan is one of those places you eould never be in.

I met very few from the town of Ballinasloe here.

I was in NYC in 84 for 6 months and only met a Dub the day before I left

It was hard to get dubs to emigrate, there was something to pass the time. Not so down the country with no money
