Agree with you about Barrett. But why not a right wing party that is neutral on Israel? In every opinion poll, foreign issues, whether it Israel v Palestine, Russia v Ukraine, these are only important to fringe groups, usually the far left, which makes them irrelevant. A new right wing party should concentrate on mass deportations, and refusing all asylum claims, which will, very quickly both ease pressure on housing and cost of living. That's what the voters want IMHO.

For many years the far right was always associated with support for Israel, now it appears to be quite the opposite, is that because Israel has evolved into something new, or right and left are just meaningless labels?

I'm in favour of mass deportations & refusing asylum. Im also in favour of having enough housing & lower cost of living.
But theres more to what we should be trying to achieve than that. We need to create a more elite education system & invest in trades which more & more people should practise. We should also focus on having people move to the countryside.

Oh, I agree, not a one issue party. Immigration though is the most critical issue we face, it's existential to our national identity, and urgently needs to be reversed. In a sense we are at war, we need to be on a war footing and immediately control our borders and start massive deportations. We can then look at elite education, trades etc.
