It is nothing but white noise, attempting to drown out the far more intelligent discussion elsewhere on the site. Anybody who has the time to engage in this sort of activity obviously has no proper job and the conclusion must be that it is this sort of destruction that he is being paid for. Should it be banned, or severely curtailed? Reluctantly I would say yes as it is not expressing free speach but is only here to. distract from and stifle the thoughts of others.

It is using the excuse of free speech to control free speech.
