Doesn't a lot depend on what has been decided between America and the Chinese ? !

I mean that, bar Russia in certain parts of the World ~ ~ Surely America and China can decide what happens in the World ~ ~ If it suits both of them to do i.e. If both their interests can be met ! !

The present stalemate is most probably due to the US not being able to finish the job with conventional weapons. What is meant by wiping them anyway, what level of destruction and to which institutes or structures needs to be achieved before the task can be considered complete?

The American hegemony was fractured the moment that Trump had to ask China for its support in defeating Iran, as noted a few days back.

Agree, after day 2 or 3 of this war, no uprising in Iran that was the end of this. It's now a case of wtf is the US doing over there now... It's over. Only chance they have to win is to drop a nuke, which in turn will repulsive the planet, and the axis of evil will bizarrely be seen as the US and Israel.

Let us not forget the role of Israel in all of this. Having pursuaded Trump to press ahead with this folly it immedietly jumped ship when it became apparent that it was going to be a complete balls up. What does that say about the fabled Israeli intelligence? Mossad seemingly screwed up leaving its reputation in tatters as well as Trump's, but of course that is never dwelt on by the MSM.

Price rises this far has had zero impact on the US , the roads are jammed. Gas is about 4.50 here. It is 7 dollars in California and they still vote democrat.

That's exactly what is going to happen next, a major short term blitz, the plan being, Trump declares victory and goes home. Might not play out that way, seems Iran has been stockpiling and repairing damaged equipment and may do major damage to the region. It's a total cluster fcuk.

Yep, Iran knows it has caused significant damage and disruption so far. Thats why they are so maximalist on their demands now. Trump may declare victory (again!) while the entire Gulf burns.

That would make oil, gas, and fertilizer shortages near semi-permanent....if the Iran regime survives it can threaten to destroy any rebuilding of energy export infrastucture here, and still control the Strait.

Iran could realistically take a massive pasting from the US, and still become the major power in the region. A total Trump fcuk up.

The only certain way out for Donnie is to nuke the site from orbit.

Not sure that he can go home as such, there are still hundreds of US assets in the ME, is he to just abandon them, and Israel?
