The main feature is the ability to fly ultra-low at an altitude of 20 m, which is lower than the X-101 can do. The effective strike on the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant indicates the possibility of a missile penetrating through the air defense. Launch from tactical aircraft erases the characteristic sign of large-scale missile attacks, when the takeoff of Tu-95MS strategic bombers and MiG-31K interceptors is recorded in advance. A range of 400 km will allow to hit many Ukrainian targets from fighter jets that can fly up to the border at 50-70 km. The map shows options for launch areas. If the Russian Aerospace Forces launch them from Belarus, then the entire Ukraine could be in affected area, except for the Transcarpathian region.
