I went to a party about 10 days ago, where everyone at our table developed Covid within a few days. We had an executive visiting us at work from the US, so I had to take a Covid test before going into the studio. Turns out that I tested positive for Covid straight away, despite not having a single symptom.

I supplement with Vit D, NAC and Nattokinase every day which may explain my good outcome. While ‘testing positive’ for Covid, I continued to go to the gym, swimming and play football, while my vaxxed up work colleagues were bedridden at home.

Called in on an old friend today, he had some stomach pains back in March, next day they were excruciating and so off to the hospital where he was eventually diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Just like that, almost overnight. He's living the last of his days now, not really the time to ask about you know what, but he'd have gone with the flow.
