It is the most extreme secular form of Critical Race Theory.
Basically it believes that all structures of social being- or at least those not directly controlled by Black people, they are a bit unclear about this, some would say that this holds even for Black African social spheres completely under their direct control- have at their base the idea that Black African people are not fully human because for these structures to function there has to be in the understanding of Afropessismism a group which is sort of human but not really human in order to negatively define membership of the human community, and that it is impossible to imagine a world where this is not the case.
Under this understanding reparations for slavery are the least that the world- not just the United States- can do but they will just change things quantatively and not qualatively. Also Asians, Arabs, etc become just as much a problem and an enemy as "Whites".
Frank B. Wilderson III, the main figure in this movement, has gone as far to say that even though they were set on genociding them the European Settlers in the United States saw the First Nations/Native Americans as essentially fellow humans while they saw their African slaves as not really human at all. Now slaves were defined as subhuman, that they were three fifths of a human person to be precise, however the First Nations did not even fall under that. He grew up also in a very upper middle class house hold.
