Well his head is still full of pure shite so I expect the rest of his recently emptied, de-shitified, body (done under anaesthetic) will be trying to follow suit, and regain the prior equilibrium.

I was 29.5 stone = 187.334 kgs --today you typical Israeli will be delighted to know I am 8.1 stone lighter =139.4 kgs .
my life has been transformed as have the lives of my wife and family.
I was told by 4 doctors I was in the process of dying and this surgery was emergency surgery which I should have done years ago .

This wonderful woman diagnosed ""I WAS EATING TO PROTECT MYSELF ""which is apparently common in men and it is as a result of severe trauma experienced and this was tracked to the incident with the travellers in 2011 where they with the front of a transit van sent me 18ft through the air and left me unconscious on my concrete yard -
-this she described as a near death experience and we worked on this to delete the influence of it and when it was apparent we could not delete it I had to get surgery .
I made a promise to Declan to send him photos of before and after and if he messages me privately with an e mail address I will send him the photos he requested on condition that he never publish them but I would ask him to report was the result worth the surgery as the only reason I am replying to this creature is to let others know this for me was life changing and I could not recommend it enough.
I was operated on by the da Vinci robotic system which was in the hands of a European leader of robotic surgery surgeon William Robb who is the best in the country I am told by all who know these things and he is based in the BlackRock clinic .
you have to be in vhi for more than a year to get any surgery --I hope this was some help to someone.
