Earlier I had asked about his firepower. And he is just one sub. He said, that is classified and he cant discuss. I said would 24 missiles with 16 warheads of a 100 kilotons be in the ballpark. He said , I cant comment but you must have done some research.

So he had 386 warheads. He alone could obliterate Russia. One sub. The Russians have 5000 nukes, 1 megaton being normal. A single one dropped on Boston, would kill me in Dedham. 13 miles away.

does the thought not occur to you that hitler thought the atom bomb was a monsterous idea as did iran's leader/pope who the USA just executed on behalf of your slavemaster israel .

But who would be obliterating America?
 
Netanyahu was recording saying that when they have sucked all America's wealth out the Israelis will discard the US like an empty husk.

Perhaps he meant "nuke" instead of "discard"?

Are we really sure that nukes work as advertized? Horoshima and Nagasaki could have been destroyed by standard bombing raids.

Also, if nukes work as advertized and if Israel has hundreds of nukes for the last fifty years, how come they have resisted the temptation to use them and kill 6 million Palestinians - or 4 miilion Irish? It seems very un-jewish.

I also wonder have the power of nukes been exaggerated.. Look at the hysteria around covid...wasn't that mild cold meant to destroy mankind? Only thing tho, in favor of the power of nukes is detterant, look at North Korea, would have been invaded by the US by now, but for the fear of a nuke retaliation strike.

Indeed, as I pointed out above, nuclear weapons are not just bigger bang bangs but are hugely destructive with an effect that spreads far beyond the drop zone, global in fact. A nuclear exchange anywhere will totally screw civilisation as we have become so dependent upon electronics and the net, these will be wiped within moments and may never recover. Forget taking photos of pretty fireballs on the mobile for social media, both will be junked.

Pulling its knickers all the way up to its belly button he scoffed at the very idea and in between the usual infantile name calling assured us all that he knew best and it would always be a choke point.

However, it seems that the US Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, is of the firm opinion that the original assertion was right -

It is going to just become another body of water. And I would say that more than 50 or 70 percent. Of the energy that moves through the strait now is going to go through underground pipelines.

That does not gel with the fact that the US are withdrawing from all the surrounding countries.

And using 'a few nukes' is not a turning point?

The US has already lost two battles with Iran over the last year or so, by going nuclear we all lose.
