All of his money-making prison sentences have been for contempt of court, he knew exactly how to avoid that and he achieved nothing by not doing that, other than to enrich himself
 
I'm saying the notion you'd put yourself into solitary confinement for years for some kind of money is absurd. Someone would have to be literally insane to do that.

And who were paying him to go to prison? What did they get out of it?

I'm asking you why you think he did it then? It was easy for him to avoid prison, he knew what not to do. The same way Enoch Burke could have avoided prison if he so wished.

Why do you think Tommy didn't?

What did he achieve by that? What do you think his conviction is? Do you think he did it to be a martyr for free speech?

So you're saying that you can't say what you think Tommy's conviction is? That makes sense.

I think Enoch Burke is a bit of an oddball and he achieved little more than his own notoriety.

But I believe him when he says what his conviction is.
