Never understood the whole bungee jump thing, why would you voluntarily jump from a height with a giant elastic band as your safety harness....smacks of a Darwin Award..

Done it a couple of times, great craic!

There is at least one video out there of a fellow jumping out of a plane having forgotten to attach his parachute. Sad but true.
