  • S-PBP

  • National Alliance ( National Party, Ireland First, Irish People & IND)

  • Irish Freedom Party

  • Others

Results are only viewable after voting.
I would vote for The National Party unless my constituency would have a better independent. For example Stethen Kerr in Mayo, the delaney lady in one of the dub constituencies, Val in Cavan, Alan Fagan in Louth and there is another lad in Louth that I came upon that sounds ideal. There is a woman in kettu, michelle Keane etc. McConnel in Donegal. chariot man in galway east, Alan Sweeney in Roscommon etc etc etc
NP got virtually no support in Cavan Managhan. They probably took 100 votes away from me.
With friends like that who needs enemies?

Add on those 100 votes to your 1,258 and you would've had 1,358 - still nowhere near the guy who finished ahead of you with 3,078 and the 10 candidates above him who each had 4,000+ votes.

Don't disrespect Val Hermit. He put in a brave effort.
I'm not disrespecting him. I applaud him for his efforts. I would have loved to see him elected. But his point and yours about vote splitting is incorrect. Look at the 1st preference votes below and explain how Val could've done any better if he was the only nationalist candidate. Even if he had got all of Shane O'Reilly's 3,078 he would still have been below these candidates, and as the only nationalist candidate Val would have picked up very few transfers to get ahead of them.

The amount of votes "FAR RIGHT" Candidates got in last weekend's election is nothing to be ashamed of when you consider that back in 1997/2002, Richard Boyd Barrett got less then 900 votes. 9 years and a financial crash later, he made it to the Dail in 2011.

The below 60% Turn-Out is also very interesting ~ ~ There is a lot of Anger out there but it has not turned itself in to an Electoral Force yet !

A nationalist got about a 100 votes and people are saying the bote was split. The reality is probably 80 of them are family and friends and the other 20 went to another nationalist candidate.

The important observation is that nationalists transferred heavily to Aontu but not the other way round.

“Our” side did not have the botes, full stop

That Dublin lad ye had on (that wasn't a Drogs accent) said Herman Kelly and other Nats have egos and won't back others for the greater good.

But he himself said he only ran to get attention from the media. Herman was annoyed that the few hundred votes these lads got prevented him from recouping the €15 grand he spent campaiging.

Mind you Herman should've rolled in behind McConnell in Donegal.

Can we have a discussion on all the members deserting herman. He dresses too well and should uses Vals tailor from now on.

Gemma believes she is responsible for the low voter turnout as she told people not to vote
Everyone is discussing the election on the basis there was no skullduggery afoot. After the scamdemic could you trust these fkrs with anything..one lady running in Kerry caught a poll station employee tearing out ballot papers in an empty hall John Waters stresses there is no chain of custody with boxes loaded onto white vans and driven off into the night.

Lot of similarities between how Niall Boylan and Hutch were both overtaken by a Labour candidate at the final fence in same constituency

I'm conflicted about the Monk, On the one hand I think it was absolutely disgusting the way the entire establishment were so gleeful when the uni=party candidate overtook him, on the other hand, he was given an extraordinary amount of media coverage during his election campaign, which he could have used to talk about the plantation or Convid or both but instead he ran on a "more pool tables for the parish hall" platform.

They used him. But he was ok with that it seems
