Hatred means hatred? what does that mean?
The dictionary says it means intense dislike

There are two things there. the word sex at the very end: Does that mean sexual intercourse or sexual activity?

So are not all people born with sexual characteristics?

Well the thing is that this law should De Lege lead to censorship at the very least of the Bible.

What is passed now covers committing a crime motivated by hate. So you have to commit a crime to be covered. Burglary and aggravated assault atr examples.
