We need to investigate who exactly in government is pushing this, especially during a housing crisis. This also explains why every damn petrol stations, newsagents etc, is staffed by Indian Nationals. Guaranteed some members of government are renting to these Indians or getting back handers for allowing loads of cheap labour.

The obvious question is why wasn't he deported after serving 6 years. The state has a duty of care to its citizens, and by not deporting this Algerian rapist, they knowingly enabled the subsequent rape. Heads should roll over this, and the 2nd victim should sue the state for not deporting a convicted foreign rapist

I'm waiting for 100% proof but the attacker's name being posted online is a close friend of mine. If true, it means he had must have had a psychotic episode to do this because he is not a violent or scummy person at all. He does have mental health issues but not full-blown schizo, so this attack is completely out of character.

Secondly, mental illness should be seen as an aggravating factor, not a mitigating one.
