The incident is in relation to a woman who said she was walking with her baby by the canal in Edenderry when a man of foreign origin approached her.

The man asked her for the time and the woman said she didn't have the time. He then asked her for money, again she replied no.

When she tried to continue with her walk he grabbed the handle of her buggy and began to pull it from her. She started pushing him and hitting out at him and shouting for help.

A friend of mine is a genuine schizophrenic, hears voices etc, but he never did anything violent or got in trouble with the law until a couple of years ago when he stuck a rag through someone's letterbox and tried to ignite it. Fortunately he was caught by the householder before any proper fire could start. He was "off his medication" too. He has been held in custody since, no bail or suspended sentence for him.

I think Louis-Ferdinand Céline thought something similar; that Christianity weakened the European races from preventing immigration. I presume he thought Adolf Hitler could be replaced with someone who would do this.

I'm not against the practice of Christianity; I think it is preferable to Islam or Atheism BUT I would be in favour of having the practice of Christianity be subservient to the religion of the state.
