As you say, The American Dee-State / Dark-State is running a hell of a lot of stuff.

Just as the British Intelligence Agencies were running a hell of a lot more in the Six Counties than most People know i.e. The Loyalist Death Squads and very large numbers of Sinn Féin / PIRA.
