They were talking today on RTE about the issue of why rich Dublin areas (tend to be pro open borders) have so few migrants. That the conversation has been turned to a topic like that shows how far the debate on the issue has come in Ireland over the last two months.

The onus is on leftie TDs in working class areas to campaign for enrichment to be spread evenly not just dumped in 'their' areas. They are horribly behind on that perspective.

SF is just ignoring the whole thing (probably with a sense of growing dread) but i remember reading that their voters want a more hardline position on borders, but they have their eyes on middle class liberals and their transfers.
