I feel sorry for the Irish people living in the north inner city. The area has been completely taken over by foreigners. The Irish left there are largely consigned to the slum areas.

I heard from a work colleague who was in the area at the time that it was a young man from war torn Algeria.

If it is a deranged migrant then the response should be to spread self defense classes and orienteering in local communities.
